Dance Like a Diva

Every Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm
September 20th - December 13th (12 classes total)

"Dance Like a Diva" is a beginners adult dance class built for people who want to put a little style into their workout. Come ready to laugh, move, and work out! 


Meridian Energy Dance

Every Thursday Night 6:30pm-8:00pm
September 20th - December 13th (12 classes total)

We have 14 energy lines that run through our bodies that power our organs and body systems. Come learn how to look after them for optimal health. Learn Donna Eden’s Daily Energy Routine, how to maintain your energy spacesuit, how and why its important to ground ourselves and stress, anxiety, and calming techniques.

Intermediate Pilates Mat: Mobility with Stability

Every Saturday Morning 10:00am-11:00am

This class is a core-focused pilates mat class. You must take the Beginner Pilates or be approved by the teacher to attend this class. This class is meant to take everything we learnt from the Beginner's Pilates and apply it to the rest of the body.

Beginner Pilates Mat: Finding your Core

Wednesday Evenings 6:00pm-7:00pm

This class is a core-focused pilates mat class. Beginners Welcome! This class is for people who want to understand and build their stability and core from the inside out. We will explore many muscles and exercises that are vital to proper mobility and build on our strength from the inside out.
