Dance your heart away in this fun fitness dance class. You will learn groovy moves like isolations and stylizations while strengthening your core and body. This is a fusion class with a variety of different dance styles that all focus on improving strength and cardio. Let us walk you through a kick-ass workout then show you how to use that strength to build a fun dance routine.
This is an adult class made for beginner dancers who want some fun in their weekly workout routine.
