Mobility with Stability
Pilates is a system of exercises that are designed to improve strength, flexibility, alignment and posture. This class is designed to take what we learnt in Beginner Pilates Mat and apply it to the rest of the body. That means more strength and mobility with the full force of a strong and stable core behind you.
This class is built for people whom have completed the Beginner Pilates Mat class and want to take their training further. By now you should be able to organize and engage the whole core system before a simple movement of the limbs, meaning we can now focus on increasing range of mobility and stability.
