Dance Like a Diva

Come and join our guest teacher Sam Beenham for a dance inspired fitness series! We will be focusing on technique, strength, core strength, isolations, and stylization. This is a fusion class of different dance styles that all focus on improving strength and cardio. Let us walk you through a kick-ass workout then show you how to use that strength to build a fun dance routine. This adult class is meant to bring out your inner child. Lets get sweaty and move!
