This super fun stress-free class is meant for anyone who wants to let loose and blow off some steam after the holiday season. This class will help you start your New Year on the right foot with a little movement, a bit of breath, and a lot of laughter! No work needs to be done! All you need to do is follow along as you are brought through a stress-busting moving meditation and let your stress blow away. A little music and a little dancing is sometimes all you need to remember that it is a great time to be alive. All ages welcome! No previous dancing experience required :)
