Our Program - How this works.
Step 1: Book a FREE 20-minute Consultation
The first step is to tell us a little bit about your wellness goals so we can direct you to which avenue might be the best for you to take next. This is a great way for us to get to know you and see whether we would be a great fit to helping you achieve your goals. This can be done over the phone, via skype, or at Core Potentials. Step 2: Pick your favourite avenue of learning.
Workshops are courses that are typically offered in an intensive format from 1-5 days. In these workshops you will dive deep into whatever topic is being covered over the week or weekend and will leave feeling accomplished. Some workshops offer certificates for completion. Positives: Not a weekly commitment; can learn the information all in one weekend.
Classes are offered typically once a week for 1-hour to 1.5 hours for a series of 10-15 weeks. In these classes you will build on your knowledge from week-to-week. View our current class schedule here.
Positives: Smaller time frame from week-to-week, don't need to give up an entire weekend to learning.
One-on-ones are private sessions with one of our trained wellness educators. We offer consultations for Holistic Nutrition, Body and Energy assessments, and Pilates trainings. Learn more here.
Positives: You can pick the time and get one-on-one coaching for whichever specific goal you may have.
Step 3: Sign-up!
After you know what you would like to do, all you need to do is sign up! At the bottom of the workshop and class descriptions there will always be a big blue button that says "Sign-Up HERE!" Click that and you will be directed to the sign-up page. For one-on-ones, you can book any time that works for you by visiting our online booking page.
