When your kids feel good, you feel good. And what is a better way to help your kids feel great than a fun, fit and phenomenal Wellness Camp!
Wellness isn’t just about healthy eating, it is a state of being that incorporates both a strong body and mind. Thats why we made this program to not only be fun for the children, but also to build their confidence, teach them how to combat stress, and develop a healthy lifestyle that will set them on the right path to a strong and healthy future!
The best way to form positive healthy habits is to practice them. Daily physical activity and creative play while learning holistic lifestyle skills is a great way to do that. But how can we do that for our children when we have a busy life of our own? That is where we come in.
Finding that perfect summer program that incorporates fitness, nutrition, self-discovery, and self-care is a great way to immerse your child into health-giving living! A wellness-promoting summer program will also encourage habits that will further boost your child’s success when they go back to school.
Here are some of the activities we will be doing over the week:
Energy Yoga classes
Outdoor Sports Activities
Plant your own pizza garden with basil, oregano, tomatoes and more!
Goal setting crafts for fitness, character, social life and other important life areas
Hip Hop Master classes
Learn to make healthy delicious snacks!
And much, much more!
This workshop is best suited for kids and teens ages 6-15.
Drop off starts at 8:30am, as and the activities start at 9am! Pick up is at 3pm.
