Holistic Nutrition 

Holistic Nutritional Consultant professionals typically evaluate their clients’ nutritional needs by identifying symptoms that indicate health imbalances. They then provide individualized health plans, which include nutrient-dense whole foods, lifestyle recommendations and/or natural source supplements in order to help bring the client’s health back to a state of equilibrium. They assess their clients’ health through one-on-one consultations and focused questionnaires, and then provide health and lifestyle recommendations that are tailored to the individual’s needs. Holistic Nutrition is different then other avenues of nutrition because it assesses the whole body and lifestyle when coming up with recommendations for the client. There is no perfect diet out there that fits every individual's personal needs. A Holistic Nutritional Consultant is trained to figure out exactly which diet is perfect for you


Body and Energy Assessments

Britte has a background studying disciplines like dance science, biomechanics, athletic training, and manual osteopathic therapies. Becca has a background studying healing touch, reconnective healing, remote viewing, and energy medicine. We offer both body and energy assessments for people interested in learning more. These privates act like a win-win, you can come get yourself assessed for a low price while Britte and Becca get to practice the skills they are currently learning.

Pilates

Pilates is a movement methodology based on guiding principles that allow a person to develop the ability to control his/her alignment as flexibility and strength are developed. Spinal articulation as well as stabilization are explored through exercises performed on a mat or on specialized equipment. Special attention is given to coordinate breathing with movement, to stimulate circulation and support the body from the inside out. Pilates is not just about core power, but core integration, and the benefits of a regular practice can include improved posture, elongated musculature, and deep, functional strength. Our instructors trained with internationally renowned movement educator Marie-Jose Blom who focuses on a highly refined attention to movement quality and the ability to use the Pilates method to restore health and vitality. Pilates is a great movement system that can help anyone become strong, healthy and fit.
