Beginner Pilates: Finding Your Core
This class is a core-focused pilates mat class. Beginners Welcome! This class is for people who want to understand and build their stability and core from the inside out. We will explore many muscles and exercises that are vital to proper mobility and build on our strength from the inside out.
Intermediate Pilates: Mobility with Stability
Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
This class is a core-focused pilates mat class. You must take the Beginner Pilates or be approved by the teacher to attend this class. This class is meant to take everything we learnt from the Beginner's Pilates and apply it to the rest of the body.
Advanced Pilates: Made to Move
Saturday 10:00am -11:00am
This class is built for the people who live athletic lifestyles. Strengthen beyond your sport to ensure preventative care is in place. You must take Intermediate Pilates or be approved by the teacher to attend this class. This class is built to make you strong.
