This workshop is for dancers, athletes, yogis, pilates lovers, gym goers, or anyone interested in learning more about their core. One of the biggest misconceptions I see in the general population is core=abdominals. What if I told you that is simply not true? What if I told you to develop a strong core so I can do those cool tricks that we all want to be able to do in our classes, the rectus abdominis muscle is probably the last one I would look at. In this class we will be going through all the muscles that contribute to creating the "core" that everyone wants, we will be looking at photos and graphics of why this is true, and will be going through a small daily program that will help you develop your core in no time!
