Gluten sensitivity has become more common in the last couple of decades. However, not many people actually know what gluten sensitivity is, where is comes from, and how it differs from being Celiac - an autoimmune disease. This workshop is an Intro Class to living gluten-free easily. We will show you common products containing gluten, a few yummy easy-to-make replacement recipes for at home, and some bakeries and stores in the Vancouver area that offer tasty gluten-free products. This class is a great for people who want to get started with gluten-free living or people who plan to take our Gluten-Free Master Class in a couple weeks.
