Pilates is a system of exercises that are designed to improve strength, flexibility, alignment and posture. This class is designed to take what we learnt in Beginner Pilates Mat and apply it to the rest of the body. That means more strength and mobility with the full force of a strong and stable core behind you. 

This class is run by Britte, who has an extensive anatomy and fitness background - so she knows how to get those muscles moving. We are excited to see you there!
