Pilates is a system of exercises that are designed to improve strength, flexibility, alignment and posture. This class is a core-focused Pilates mat class. We don't use any special apparatus, so beginners are welcome!

Beginners Pilates is designed just for that - Beginners. You will learn what the core is, where it is, and how to use it to support your everyday life.

Intermediate Pilates is for people who want to move further. You will use your new-defined core to strengthen other areas of the body (arms, legs, you name it). Safely and effectively.

Advanced Pilates is for athletes who want to take their sport to the next level. You will strengthen beyond limits to ensure injury prevention, strength, and excelled performance in your sport.

This class is run by Britte, who has an extensive anatomy and fitness background - so she knows how to get those muscles moving! We are excited to see you there!
