As a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Educator, Krista believes that balance is key to a long, vibrant life.  Her programs are designed to increase your Healthspan by addressing balance in all life dimensions including physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, social, and intellectual health. In collaboration with you, Krista creates a personalized program to enable long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes. 

Krista’s curiosity for nutrition began 25 years ago when Vega testing helped her change her diet, giving her relief from sensitivities and increasing her energy.  When she left her Chartered Accounting job in 2014, she pursued an education in Permaculture design, gardening, and nutrition.  She became an RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) with a Culinary Certificate in 2018.

I believe there is no time like the present to start working on a health plan that will extend your healthspan. If living to 100 is your goal, I’ll help you live all those years with maximum health. I use a Science-based approach to nutrition, valuing the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection to health and well-being. Although my approach with each client varies, there are some general principles I value that will help you decide if we are a good fit. Whether that is through guidance in planning and preparing meals, grocery shopping, or making sense of eating out—I meet you where you are in the process and help guide you through the next steps.
