This beautiful, ruby-red mocktail combines watermelon (known in Tractional Chinese Medicine as nature's natural "heat-clearing" fruit) and fresh mint (which moves stagnant Liver Qi and cools the upper body) to help you anchor all that vibrant Solstice Yang energy.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh chilled watermelon, cubed (deseeded or seedless works best)

  • ΒΌ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed

  • 2 cups room temperature or lightly chilled water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes)

 Instructions

  1. Load the blender: Toss your chilled watermelon cubes, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and water into a high-speed blender.
