Once upon a time...

Our Chakras are our story keepers.  Each Chakra is a centre of energy within the body that corresponds to different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.  They hold certain qualities and characteristics that are related to specific areas of our lives.  In this way, each chakra can tell a unique story about our lives and experiences, and by working with our chakras, we can gain greater insight into our own story and begin to heal and release any blockages that may be holding us back.

The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, is associated with our sense of stability, safety, security, and grounding.  It is the base of the entire chakra system and represents our foundation and connection to the physical world.  When the root chakra is balanced, we feel safe, secure, and grounded in our lives.  We are more likely to take care of our physical health and well-being, which is essential for overall happiness and success.  However, when the root chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we may feel anxious, fearful, and disconnected from our bodies.  By exploring our root chakra, we can learn important lessons about ourselves and our place in the world.  We learn about the importance of building a strong foundation in our lives and creating a sense of security and stability for ourselves.  We also learn the importance of cultivating healthy relationships and connections with others, as well as our connection to the natural world around us.
